The theme "Digital & Humans" is presented to reflect the intersection of two worlds—the human world full of emotions, intuition, and physical experiences, and the rapidly evolving digital world with algorithms, artificial intelligence, and unlimited visualizations.
Through design work, let us reflect on the role of humans in the digital ecosystem. Is technology a complement to human creative exploration or a new challenge to our identity?
This illustration, created and submitted for this exhibition, explores the idea that the connectivity paradox has never been greater in an era defined by digital advancements. While technology promises to bridge distances and foster connections, reality paints a different picture — one where the very tools designed to bring us together inadvertently drive us apart, and in the process, possibly, people may lose their identity as unique, creative individuals and, ultimately, because we depend on technology too much, we are becoming less human by diminishing and losing our ability to think, remember things and analyze.
